Adrienne Collins, the founder of AC Productions LLC, has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, DEIBA, and Information Technology.
She has provided her services to numerous companies throughout the United States. Collins began her human resources, DEIBA, and IT career for the US Army and the US Air Force.
She led the military human resources department overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and benefits. The success of the department was contingent on working with multiple operations and maintaining a focus of delivering outstanding service to the human resources customer—the soldiers and airmen. As a decorated veteran, she has since worked in manufacturing, non-profits, and telecommunications.

Adrienne holds five degrees including a B.A in Criminology, a B.A in Spanish, and a B.S in Sociology from Arkansas State University; an MBA in Information Technology Management and an MBA in Business Administration from Webster University. She also holds multiple certifications in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility.
